As an experienced corporate security manager, you know that "unless it is in writing, it doesn't exist." Your staff is about to conduct security surveys. However, they must have a format approved by you for reporting their findings. You decided to develop one for their use.

    Examples of elements/sections to include on a security survey report include cover letter, title, introduction/forward, purpose, scope, findings, statement of opinions (conclusions), and recommendations.
