DC coupled op amp applications are concerned about DC offset voltage as well as gain. Most of the time, it is possible to get gain and offset from a single op amp stage.

Enter the input voltage range, the output voltage range, and the value of the voltage reference in your design. If you don't like the range of resistor values selected, change the multiplier.

Case 7 was complex enough that it requires a seed resistor value. Just about any value of seed resistor will get you within 1% on gain and offset, but trying other ones out might get you within half a percent on one or the other, or even both.
