Instructors may also access the solutions manual on Elsevier's textbooks website, http://textbooks.elsevier.com. There is a link to the left of this page that will take you to the manual. Note that you will need to register as an instructor in order to gain access.

MATLAB scripts
MATLAB scripts are in a zip archive named "gda.zip" which contains a folder called gda. You should extract the gda folder and put it in a convenient location on your computer.
