International Range of Authorship for
the Encyclopedia of Food Microbiology


   The Academic Press reference program emphasizes the need for a global perspective in the content of its encyclopedias. In keeping with this, great effort is made by the editors to select a broad range of authors representing many different nations, rather than limiting the roster of contribuotrs to one or two countries.
