Service Agreement Terms

The entire contents of Cytokine Reference, individual articles and other items published therein ("Cytokine Reference") are protected by the Publisher's copyright. Cytokine Reference is made available to Authorized Users on the following terms. Please read these terms carefully. Continued use of Cytokine Reference indicates your acceptance of these terms.

License:

You are granted a license to access and use Cytokine Reference for your personal research purposes for a period of 24 hours after guest registration. The rights granted under this Agreement cannot be transferred, sold or rented to anyone else.

You may download or print individual articles or other items from the materials in Cytokine Reference. Systematic downloading and/or archiving of materials from Cytokine Reference, copying of a significant number of any items/articles from Cytokine Reference or creation of multiple copies of individual items for classroom or instructional use is prohibited. Users wishing to use materials from Cytokine Reference for such purposes should contact the Publisher regarding special permission.

You may not redistribute, rent, lend, sell or modify any materials from Cytokine Reference, or create derivative works based on materials in Cytokine Reference. We ask that you not remove any copyright notices or other notices contained in materials retrieved from Cytokine Reference.

Availability:

We will make electronic access to Cytokine Reference available via our server (the "Server") to you without charge by us for a period of 24 hours from guest registration. You are responsible for all charges associated with accessing Cytokine Reference, including any computer equipment, telephone or Internet connections and access software. The hours of availability will be determined by us and may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual, network or subscriber at any time.

Warranty and Liability:

CYTOKINE REFERENCE AND THE MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF CYTOKINE REFERENCE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ACCESS MAY BE INTERRUPTED AND MAY NOT BE ERROR-FREE.

NEITHER THE PUBLISHER, THE EDITORS OF, NOR CONTRIBUTORS TO, CYTOKINE REFERENCE OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING CYTOKINE REFERENCE WILL BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (I) AN AUTHORIZED USER'S USE OR INABILITY TO USE CYTOKINE REFERENCE OR (II) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE MATERIALS INCLUDED IN CYTOKINE REFERENCE.

Additional Terms:

You agree to keep your password and username confidential and to notify us promptly of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your password and username.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement immediately by providing notice at our option directly to Authorized Users via electronic or conventional mail. Continued use of Cytokine Reference after such notice shall constitute acceptance of such modification.

The terms of this Agreement constitute the entire Agreement between you and us with respect to Cytokine Reference and supersede any prior written or oral representations or agreements.

The use of Cytokine Reference is governed by the terms of this License.
