How to access your free review copies and teaching resources:

http://textbooks.elsevier.com is a FREE dedicated website providing tools for all your teaching needs.  It is full of a wealth of dedicated materials exclusively for lecturers.

If you have already registered, then simply enter your username and password and start exploring.

New User?

If you are visiting for the first time then you will first need to register with us to confirm your lecturer entitlement. This one off registration only takes a few minutes and once approved will give you access to the wide range of teaching materials which accompany our books.  For our CIM endorsed coursebooks this includes:

  • Downloadable VLE cartridges containing all the companion material for each title.
  • Editable PowerPoint presentations
  • Mini case studies
  • Briefing on assignments
  • Useful weblinks
  • Syllabus links

Just complete the following easy steps

  1. Click on Register to Use
  2. Complete your profile by choosing a username and password and filling out information about yourself and your institution
  3. Using the drop down box request access to the 'Marketing' area
  4. After providing this information you have registered and once approved* you are ready to view the textbook in full
  5. To view textbooks relevant to you simply go back to the subject homepage at http://textbooks.elsevier.com/cim and start exploring

* Please allow two business days for your subject area access to be approved and you will then be sent your review copy!

Using the website once registered

Once you have selected a relevant book you will arrive at the book’s homepage and as long as you are logged in you will be able to examine the book and support material in detail.

To access this material simply click on the buttons in the right-hand column. See below for a full description of the functionality these buttons provide.  Please note though, each book has differing resources available so not all of the buttons will show for every title:
 
‘Printed Exam Copy’ – to request a print inspection copy
‘e-Exam Copy’ – to view an electronic inspection copy
Instructor Manual’ – to view additional teaching support materials
‘Companion Material’ – to view additional student support materials
Register Adoption’ – to notify your Elsevier representative of your adoption
‘Buy’ – to purchase the book from Elsevier
