BMW-RR is a European joint venture producing engines for the Gulfstream V, MD95 and a proposed geared ducted large fan concept for future large aircraft.

The two former USSR engine companies (Aviadvigatel and ZMKB Progress ) produce engines in the 100 - 150, 230 and 74kN thrust sizes. These mainly power Russian civil aircraft (Il, Tu and Yak types).
