Abstract
This chapter addresses the potential to build geolocated narratives using social software facilitated through Web 2.0. The development of these narratives can provide a richer information resource for better understanding human landscapes. The chapter will provide a general background to the theory of such undertakings and also give examples of applications that are generating products in a collaborative manner, whereby the digital narratives are ‘provisioned’ through contributions via Web 2.0.
